    Everthing was p*e*r*f*e*c*t <3. If we could give a 12, we would give. Margaret & Jimmy brightened us our day up. The room was clean, the view where great, breakfast was good and always filled with fun.

    Breakfast was fantastic- plenty of food available. Cold breakfast but enough to keep you going all day. Margaret and Jim were very accommodating, very helpful with advice on places to go for food and drink. Lovely, lovely people, kept us smiling throughout our stay - beautiful family home - well worth the visit and the beach is just in the doorstep. Outstanding - very fond memories of Bethal guest house and the host.

    Beautiful location, hosts made you feel like a part of the family from the moment of arrival to leaving and were extremely helpful with providing recommendations of where to go as it was our first time in west cork. Would definitely stay again

    The breakfast was simple but with enough options to satisfy the morning hunger. The view is what sold us for the experience. The view was of the ocean and close enough to enjoy the morning breeze and hear the crashing waves, which for this former sailor, was the best part. Finally the room itself (and the overall experience) felt very much like staying with family and the owners themselves treated us like long awaited friends.

    We had a lovely time at this guesthouse, the room was so comfortable. We shared a bathroom with other guests, but since there were 2 full bathrooms, this was no problem at all. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty of options. The hosts were very welcoming and made you feel like family. Highly recommend this guesthouse!

    The view from our room was incredible - looking out to Galley Head Lighthouse in the distance, with Owenahincha also very close by. You are made to feel very looked after as it’s family run and they were very eager to let us know that if we had any concerns at all to let them know.

    Margaret and Jim are fantastic host!!!rooms very nice and clean, Netflix for kids which was brilliant especially after a day spent on the beach or doing excursion around! Lovely view, nice breakfast, we had a great stay! Thank you Margaret!!!
