The place clean, clean and superclean. The host pleasant, helpful and friendly. Arad ideal for trips down to the Dead Sea and En Gedi as well as Massada (we loved the drive). The apartment is spacious with a beautiful terrace. The welcome dates on the table and the box of milk for a morning coffee in the fridge were very much appreciated. Big thanks once again !

The place is situated in an oasis outside the town of Arad. You get the desert experience, but without giving up the option of a supermarket or other comforts of civilization. cAmEls! If you like camels or one or more of your children like them, this is a great place for you o feed, pet and even ride them. You have an option of sleeping in a Bedouin tent, a hut or even a comfortable modern room. Some guests brought their own popup tents and set them inside the Bedouin tent, to get max privacy and protection from the elements. The oasis is about 20 minutes easy drive from Masada-west, where you can watch the audio-visual show after nightfall.

    Had a late arrival but Ra‘anan the owner himself was waiting for us and explained everything we had to know. The villa has a lot of atmosphere and you feel at home and like a big family together with the other guests. Everything is well maintained and clean, we slept very well in the comfortable bed. There is facilities in the common kitchen that you can use if you want to make your own meal. We will come back.

    The view is unbelievable. Camels were roaming outside. Host was great and helped with whatever we needed. It is in the town but at the edge so it feels like camping, but very safe. Cute little park right beside where kids can play while you relax in the tent with a glass of wine.

    The kids (and us adults!) adored the camel rides, and an extra bonus was having dinner in the authentic Bedouin style. Really clean, really calm, the many peacocks walking around the property and the general ground-keeping were amazing. This was our 2nd time visiting this place and we will definitely come again!
