It’s more than just a hotel—it’s a living, breathing piece of history and architecture that left me completely spellbound. “I also wanted to thank Preety, Amy and the staff at the SeaLounge” From the moment I walked through the doors, I was treated like royalty. The customer service was flawless, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive. Everything—from the check-in process to the smallest personal touches—was handled with care and grace. The location is unbeatable, with views of the Gateway of India and the Arabian Sea just steps away. My mornings began with an incredible breakfast spread offering a vast array of delicious options from across India and beyond. The culinary excellence was matched only by the service and presentation. What truly set this experience apart was the sense of history that envelops the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Newton, the in-house historian, who spent two hours personally walking me through the rich legacy of the palace. Having worked there for over 44 years, his stories, insights, and passion brought the walls of the hotel to life. It was like walking through time, guided by someone who had lived it. I only stayed four days, and it wasn’t nearly enough. I didn’t want to leave. Next time, I’ll be staying longer—because the Taj isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a destination in itself. Thank you to everyone at the Taj Mahal Palace for creating memories I will cherish forever. I can’t wait to return.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and so much variety was available. The restaurants on site are exceptional. We had dinner on the 37th floor at MeKong and it was amazing. Another night we ate in the more casual restaurant and the variety of food and taste were exceptional. Our personal butler Mao was extremely friendly and provided us with amazing service. I highly recommend the St Regis Mumbai

I had an amazing time at Hammock Hostel in Mumbai! The food tour, trivia night, and Ganesh Chaturthi celebration were fantastic. But the best part was the friendly people—I felt so welcomed and at home. I highly recommend this hostel for a great Mumbai experience!

I loved the greenery of the location, the ambience, the property, it smelt really nice. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast, high tea and cocktail hour were great.. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were courteous and always ready to help. I loved every bit of my stay at Taj. It was worth the value..
