The male duty manager was very accommodating. Since I was traveling alone to a new city she endured i was comfortable and got a room with windows not balcony as asked for. I forgot her name but she was very helpful. Hotel is surrounded by a small mall. It's not noisy in the hotel

Rooms were spacious and clean. It seemed like a new property and was maintained really well. Exactly as shown is pictures, in fact it exceeded our expectations. All staff members very courteous and helpful. They made the stay very comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend staying here.

Bloom is a gem of a boutique hotel chain. It is value for money and provides exceptional facilities and customer service. I have stayed in 5 star hotels in Aerocity but to tell the truth the Bloom is a much better and economical option. All the staff encountered were very helpful and friendly. I loved the complimentary water bottles and healthy snacks. The in-house restaurant is another bonus serving an excellent selection of items. It is a very airy and clean building with uplifting decor. I just wish a Bloom hotel was available in all cities and towns especially in my family hometown of Chitrakoot!
