This Hotel is absolutely top class. For this price we haven't come across the luxury, cleanliness, service and included fabulous breakfast anywhere in the world having travelled many places in the World. The staff have been exceptional in their service. The room was fantastic with a very good ambience and comfort. Polite and very helpful staff. The staff helped out my elderly parents and also were genuinely friendly with my kid. The breakfast buffet was good too. The humid weather outside tired us out and once we reached the hotel each time, it was a nice feeling. Overall a pleasant experience.

Svenska has come as a breath of fresh air to Kakinada, bringing 5-star luxury to the town with this delightful stylish hotel. It's not only aesthetically designed with a beautiful lobby and large rooms, but they have raised the bar on the service with young and enthusiastic team members. I'd like to especially appreciate the kitchen team for the delicious meals that I had during my stay, as well as the stewards who served with a smile. The team at the reception and the butlers serving in the rooms were equally good.

It was only 5 mins away from the Sripada Srivallabha Mahasamsthanam. All the main places are very close to the property and easily accecible. They have great breakfast and coffee was availalbe too. The host Mr. Ramacharyulu is very kind and accomodative person. He was very helpful in booking my ride to Vishakhapattnam when my flight was cancelled by the airlines and then rerouted from differnt airport. The property also has laundry facility which is very rare to find. I plan to go back and stay for atleast two weeks at the place.
