My recent stay at Kalimpong Bungalow was truly exceptional, exceeding all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most welcoming staffs. The room itself was a highlight , clean, spacious and the most important part was the private balcony that they have in every rooms from where you can enjoy the whole view.

I was able to find the perfect weekend long gateway at Kalimpong offbit. When I booked the property, It was so undersold, the view from the property, Rooftop sitting & cafe, top notch amenities provided in the room, the delicious local and Bengali preparations, and even the welcoming amazing host Debasish Da. I was surprised to find the pleasant weather amid dense forest on top of the mountain. The Property is made of concrete and that's instead of the chilling air at night, we stayed warm and comfortable. The toilet has geiser so bathing daily was not a problem. Their wifi connection is so good that I downloaded two full movies and watched them. From cleanliness to good behaviour, the whole thing just won my heart. The location of the homestay makes it easy to plan trips via car. You can easily reach the property without spending a fortune. We hopped on a bus to kalimpong from Siliguri Tenging Norgey Bus Stand and then rented a Share Cab to Pedong at only 80/- per person to reach there. It's location just few steps far from the Ramadhura View Point. You can plan trips to Delo Park (must visit) and then Lava Monestry, Eco Tourist Park, Rishap etc. I am definitely going to visit again. Absolutely in owe with the stay.

Probably this was the best property in our Darjeeling - Kalimpong - Gangtok trip. The host Mr. Jacob was very helpful and accommodating, friendly and resourceful. We miscalculated the dates / booking and he was so kind to help us with options. - Premium & new property that is very well kept. It had the looks of a star hotel. - Friendly hosts who live there. Mr.Jacob is passionate about Kalimpong and will make sure one stays there for long - Good food made & served fresh on order. Kalimpong as such had less options for vegetarians though, we had to live with what was available. - Spacious room with premium furniture and furnishing. Cozy beds and duvets. - Neat and clean bathrooms / toilets with geyser for hot water supply - WiFi had issues on day 1 due to renovation work but otherwise it worked fine - Help to carry luggage Once again, due to renovation work, TV channels weren't available. Otherwise it was the perfect stay we've had.
