Friendly staff who will do everything to make your stay more comfortable. We loved the 5 o'clock tea and snack time. Perfect dinner options also. Don't hesitate to book, you will enjoy it. Special thanks to Harikrishnahan (kitchen service), Shaji (staff) and Vinesh (admin manager) for making our breakfast early in the morning and giving us a nice present. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good. The staff’s reception was lovely, and their treatment was very polite. They were friendly and pleasant in their interactions. The hotel is clean and located in a beautiful area. The view of the waterfall from the restaurant and the flowing river is truly stunning. The food at the restaurant was very delicious, and the staff were excellent. We also enjoyed the sounds of the birds, seeing the eagles, and getting close to the monkeys.

Where should I start with this review.I am simply compelled to write about our very memorable , My family and I had the most comfortable and relaxing experience at Green Trees , from my balcony I have the mountain and waterfall right in front of us. From Check in to Check out the stay was awesomely smooth. Staffs are very polite and humble. It was my wife birthday and they arranged everything including a sweet candle light dinner. The complimentary breakfast had an excellent spread, the rooms are clean, the pool, gym and the overall ambience of the property was good and value for money. The property offers a good ambience both during day and at night. We really enjoyed the trek to the river and bathing in it. Planning to have another visit.
