Everything was juste perfect ! The staff was really helpful and friendly. Thanks to the hotel manager, we met Radhakrishnan : amazing guide if you plan to do a safari :) The food was delicious ! The room was really clean and the house keeping supervisor was really kind (laundry service top).

It is a Serene and nice place. Well looked after place. You would not expect a plush room / facility in the middle of no where. The staff are eager to serve you and make your stay as pleasent as possible. A bonfire was setup for our group. Dinner served around the bonfire. Little things like this made the experience great.

It’s located away from the roads, gives a feel of almost living in the forest. The host is very friendly, the staff are quite knowledgeable about the birds and animals around the region and give excellent recommendations. An excellent and very well run hotel situated in the quiet leafy green heights of Ooty but within walking distance of the town. We were pleasantly surprised by all the facilities they offered. The whole hotel is absolutely spotless and very quiet. The food is delicious. Staff were very kind and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
