A great experience from start to finish. We had a great scenic drive from Chandigarh to arrive at a beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff are all so wonderful and helpful , nothing is a bother and they truly put the the well being and comfort of customers as top priority. We talked to the GM , Sumit , and his philosophy on customer care was totally taken onboard by his staff , and in fact the staff were actually singing his praises of how much he cared for them as well. The food and beverages manager Rajreise was just such a great guy and lavished so much care and attention not only on our dining experience but also any other needs to make our vacation an experience. All staff were excellent but the girls in the dining area really made us felt welcome and at home, Aarushi and Aakansha were fantastic, they were management trainees but with their approach and attention to customers, they will surely go far within the hospitality industry . All in all , an experience of a lifetime which has made us wanting to visit more Oberoi hotels worldwide and have many more. I would just like to give a big thanks to Sumit and his great team for giving my wife and I such a wonderful time.

Recently we have visited to Shimla and stayed here. It was a great experience. Very well maintained posh rooms and u'll get beautiful Pine trees view in ur room as there is a big clear glass window also attached balcony so u can get real view. Bathroom was very clean. They have provided Geyser for warm water in basin and tap, soap, shampoo, clean towel, clean quilt, blanket and electric kettle too. I have mentioned clean because everything was actually clean. There is a smart TV in room.There is another living room beside ur room for lunch or dinner. Staff service boy is very hard working.The Hotel's owner Mr. Chetan is very friendly n polite. He also came many times to ask us that If we need something. Food was delicious. They manage many things as per ur wishes. Had a great experience and it made our Shimla tour memorable. Thank u Chetan bhaiya next time whenever we'll get plan about Shimla, definitely we will come to you.
