This was the best hotel we had in India so far. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hot water came directly. extraordinary is the friendlyness of the owner and his staff. We felt very welcome although we arrived in the middle of the night. They helped with everything, and gave us useful recommendations where the best sights are, how to get there, where we could get breakfast and dinner, at which bus station our next bus departs, etc. We would definitely book this hotel again. 👍🏻😊

Thee location is perfect - at the heart of Trichy! The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. The duty manager Mr.Jagadeesh was very helpful in suggesting options for my later night check out. The hotel has multiple restaurant catering to all tastes - the buffet breakfast at the roof top with live dosa and egg station is a joy to start your day. All the staff were very kind and helped us with our orders diligently. The rooms are clean and the house keeping staff are readily accessible for last minute assistance with shaving kit or extra pillows. I used the car from the front desk for local travel on both days i stayed - taken care by Shankar who is so friendly and knows Trichy to be a professional historian and guide.
