Such postive vibes at Barefoot hostel. It's like a home away from home. Clean comfortable really relaxed and has such helpful lovely staff. Karthik is such a lovely guy to hang with. I recommend anyone passing though Varkala to go stay at Barefoot you won't be disappointed Thankyou Karthik 💜

Our stay at Kerala Cottage was an absolute delight! This is closest that I have gotten to stay near a beach with the sea being just a few steps away. You can hear the sound of the waves inside the room. Far from the hustle bustle of town, this place is serene. Great destination for a dopamine detox. Great hospitality from the owner and staff - always ready to help and make our stay comfortable - with a smile! You won't regret the stay. Note: Seasonal beach. Best time being November - March

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Anything we needed help with they were available to help. The pool was a fantastic addition. The location is brilliant as it is a 2 minute walk from the cliffs and beach.

I had an amazing stay at Mango Villa in Varkala. The location was perfect for access to the attractions yet had its privacy of quiet atmosphere. The host Mini knows quite well about the place and she has amazing recommendations for restaurants, things to do etc. Although it was a short stay, they made it perfect! Would definitely recommend at least a couple nights to a week stay for a much relaxed vacation

    We loved the idealism and the caring ethos of Jambavan with its emphasis on the environment, art and welcoming guests. The room and shared facilities were all spotless, cool and comfortable. There is a large roof terrace where you're surrounded by the tree canopy and a balcony off the living room which is shady and breezy. The hosts Avneeth and Anvena are incredibly kind and friendly and speak perfect English. We enjoyed making friends with their family of cats 🐈‍⬛ It was fun having art materials in our room to encourage some sketching.

    We truly enjoyed this place. We visited with our baby toddler on 2 years and the staff was simply amazing and so kind to him. They helped babysit when we were eating and in the pool the staff also played with him. This made our stay very relaxing. The rooms are clean and big and the view is breathtaking. We will definitely come back if possible.

    Rooms and balcony are very spacious and clean. 2-3 min walk from the beach. We were staying in the Deluxe suite next to the pool with the sea view. Place is kid-friendly. The food was very very tasty and the service was amazing. The staff is very helpful and always there to help you with a smile on their face. They kept our 3 year old daughter engaged most of the time. Nijjad was very cooperative and helped us arrange local tours and transport. The bed was quite large. The pool was also very clean.

    The Mansion is few meters from the beautiful cliff near Manthara Temple . Varkala beach & cliff is just 10 minutes drive. Peaceful to spend time with Family . Host gives his best to meet all the tourist needs. He did in fact arranged a scooter for us to visit Jatayu statue (500 per day). Since I had chosen breakfast- it was served from his home from the vicinity. Overall it was a peaceful & joyful vacation with my wife and kid. At last Sanjeev the host arranged auto also for us to reach railway station .
