Very friendly staff. The knock on the door at night informing about Northern Lights' appearance is a big help. The location is fantastic. There is no light pollution and clear skies making the hotel a great place to see Aurora Borealis. We had a great sighting of Northern Lights at 10 pm on the very first day of our stay. It was a great dance of lights in the sky for 40 minutes. This is the second time we are staying in this hotel and we have been rewarded with great sights of Northern Lights in both times.

Nice and clean room very comfortable great location for the northern lights Only downside to our stay was the shared kitchen when the only night we cooked for ourselves there wasn't any clean crockery as the dishwasher was stacked up and hadn't been put on cycle so had to was dishes before we could cook

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Mengi. Ignacio was very welcoming and helpful. Bed were comfy and linen had a nice scent.. everything was clean. Our room had a nice view, and after dinner we went to the warm jacuzzi… I really recommend this place! Ohhh and also the breakfast is amazing!!!

We had an incredible stay here. The hospitality was perfect, the breakfast was really varied and delicious. The beds and everything was very comfortable. They have a hot tube which we could enjoy at night.
