The place is clean and nice. Kitchen is fully equipped, nice and spacious. The bathroom is very big with a great shower; bonus on the washing machine and drier!!! Bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The house is located 2 mins away from a great place for breakfast or a coffee and 5 mins from the port to go on whale cruises. Once you reserve the house you get discount on the cruises!

The place is special. Starting from the interior design, continue with small details to make one feel at home to being very paciouse, well maintained, and includes all necessary cookware and dishes one may wish. The attention to details, is what makes it so perfect. Stayed for three nights, and wished we could have stayed longer.

    Beautiful historic house, the roof-top appartment is outstanding, perfect for a family stay. The owner was very helpful to give us up-dated information about the difficult weather conditions we encountered.

    Checking in was easy as the key was left at reception with the room number and i was very pleased with the size of the room even as a family room there was plenty of space. Overall a really confirmable room for the 1 night we were in Husavik and had a great view over the harbour. Unfortunately as i didn't see anyone in reception i cannot comment about how the staff were but good planning though in advance with communication through booking messenger.

    wow. best place to stay on our trip yet. lovely hosts (great riding with beautiful horses) with a super comfy, spacious family suite overlooking the bay and mountains. massive communal kitchen and dining space. quick hop to husavik.
