The hotel was amazing! We had a very good time. The hotel is quiet, has huge relaxing thermal pools, faces beautiful mountains, and the decor is stunning, it can’t get any better! The restaurant also has very good food, and the free breakfast was amazing, everything was fresh and tasty! We liked the hotel being secluded and a perfect size for relaxation. The staff there was all very polite and professional. We spoke with Michele and Claudia a lot in the front desk. They are simply the best! This is the highlight of our entire trip. Thank you very much!

Upon arrival an upgrade was offered. As single traveller you feel very welcome. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. I used Spa facility and enjoyed my stay very much.

I highly recommend staying here! You will truly get the best experience. Anna welcomed me warmly, like greeting an old friend, and Mattia was always kind and helpful during my stay. Breakfast by Maurizio was beautifully prepared, with the best cappuccino I’ve had in a long time. The room was spotless and the bathroom spacious. What touched me most was their generosity: when we needed to get to Chiusi train station, they tried everything to help, contacting many taxi drivers even though prices were unreasonably high because of weddings in town. In the end, Maurizio generously drove us himself. I am deeply grateful to this wonderful family and wish them all the best.
