Michael the host is a great guy, he gave us recommendations, arranged an extra baby cot, reserved an amazing beach for us and welcomed us with lots of sweets :). The villa is great, spacious and the airco is amazing. Also the location is nice, usually villas are in the middle of nowhere but this is walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach!

The staff was very helpful and very nice. We were offered a dinner as we only booked the room with breakfast and we were also offered a late checkout if needed before our travel back home. We rented a canoe at the beach for free as everything is already included in the price of the room.

    We stayed here with our family of 4, including 2 kids. The service was amazing, and the rooms were quiet, cozy, and clean. The pool was awesome. The breakfast was great. We also had dinner here last evening, and it was the best steak ever. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Nice apartment for family, there was everything what we needed. The garden is not large but we appreciated it a lot, through noon there was a pleasant shadow so the kids could stayed outside. Everything was like we'd expected from photos and informations from Booking.

    Beautifully decorated, had everything you need from a self catering apartment. Ideal for young families as the pool and beach are close by. Great socialising space to enjoy dinners outside if you wanted, bbq option, lots of grassy enclosed area for kids to play on the property. Pasquale and Michele were wonderful hosts, go above and beyond for their guests. We look forward to coming back again.

    An excellent apartment for a family with a small child like us. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, vacuum cleaner, washing machine. And we had a beautiful view of the pool during the day and at night. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner on the terrace at sunset. We were on the highway within 5 minutes, and La Cinta beach in 16 minutes by car. Cala Brandinchi is also relatively close, approximately 23 minutes. Frederica was very nice and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We would love to come back.

    Sant' Anna makes the perfect location for a beach holiday for couples or with small children being on the outskirts of budoni. The apartment covers most things you would expect to find in a self catering home. Note the small print about extra costs for sheets and towels, which we found a little weird especially having a plastic cover on the mattress. The rooftop terrace is nice to relax on in the evenings and the covered entrance is cool to enjoy lunches in the hot midday sun.
