The best quality you can expect from B&B, including warm welcome by Italian-Japanese family and contitental breakfest made exlusively for me. From window of your sleeping room you can admire an old church dating back to 13th century, this is ... you also have to see the sunrise from mountains on the right side of the church. From kitchen / living room you can see a lemon tree. I would have stayed for weeks in this room,, truly.

The place is very confortable, not new, but everything that were needed was accessible and clean. The breakfast is marvelous with many choices for all tastes. The personal is very nice and altruistic, they will make you feel at home without being intrusive. Barbara and Mario are great hosts, we felt at home and that's very important for us. The place is well renovated, clean and fresh due to the air condition unit. The outside temperatures (in July) reached 40+ and we were happy to come back to the room and enjoy the fresh air! Also the coffee and caffe latte machine available are great. The fridge always has fresh water, yogurt, juice and other goodies.
