OmanThe hotel is centrally located in Como, close to the market, public transport, and the harbor. Our room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool, and equipped with modern furniture and a coffee machine.
The staff were very kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Gaia, who guided us personally from the main road to the hotel a wonderful gesture. We also appreciated the thoughtful gift card. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent hospitality.

There are plenty of good local restaurants, and regular buses into the town centre. The hotel owner could not be more helpful. I arrived much earlier than planned and she happily accommodated this, opening my room early. She speaks excellent English, French and German, and is an excellent source of information. Small charming family hotel, excellent location, very close to bus station, train station (Stop: Como Lago) and ferry. The best restaurants and cafes on the lake shore are just around the corner. The rooms were very cosy and clean, bathroom small but you really don’t need bigger one, very comfortable bed, air conditioning was good. The owner Isabella was very kind and helpful.
