Our host was able to reserve a parking spot for us directly in front of the house. Everything was spotless and super clean. We had two bottles of water waiting for us which was perfect after long flights to MXP. The location is close to Lake Como and many sights to explore. Great price value for the quality and location of booking.

Absolutely amazing view of the mountains. The owners were very nice and were responsive to questions. The owners also provided excellent recommendations for dinner. The apartment was exceptionally beautiful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Prompt response from staff, even if it's remote assistance. A supermarket nearby, can buy fruit and refreshment. I got off train from Como San Giovanni to the suite which takes around 10 mins by walk, some stairs on the route. It's extremely convenient to take the key. Clear instructions from staff. The instructions was sent the day before so that you don't need to worry about how to get access to the property.

Conveniently located in Como, Palazzo Mazzini offers an à la carte breakfast and free WiFi.

Room is big and comfortable, bathroom was very nice, big and clean. Room for luggage is very practical. The location is in the center, with access to drop off the luggage. The staff is very friendly, everyone speaks very good English. Breakfast was very good, organized in the nearby cafe.

Loved it! It’s new, it’s very spacious, has everything you need. Great parking, lovely room, comfy bed, friendly staff. Breakfast is very cute! Location is great if you’re coming by car and explore the area from there.

The room has surpassed all my expectations. It is spotless and you can really tell that owners have put a lot of effort into making every detail comfortable and esthetically pleasing. There was complementary water, coffee machine and a teapot, a very comfortable big bed, air conditioning which made zero noise and even a list of bars and restaurants that are recommended in Como and nearby. The bus stop which has buses running to Bellagio is right around the corner. And the view is just spectacular!!
