Clean room. Very nice owners, they try to be very helpful. Very good Italian breakfast (especially the caramel croissant - the best I've ever eaten) with very nice and fast service. There is a gas station right on the spot, a 5-minute walk to the beautiful and quiet city center with nice residents. We stayed just one night on our way from the port of Livorno, close to the highway. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Everything, it was absolutely beautiful, fantastic room, comfortable bed and pillows, fabulous scenery and lovely staff, food was delicious.
