The location of the property is perfect-just 5 min drive to Varenna. There is a train station behind in case of no car available. The village of Dervio is quiet and charming, away from the busy and crowded popular towns. Our host Luca was great and very helpful. The facilities are perfect, more than expected. We highly recommend it and will definitely return soon.

Fabulous property in perfect location easy walking distance to the ferry which was perfect for exploring lake como. Really thoughtful welcome pack with wine, breakfast and pasta which was perfect for nights in. Easy walks to restaurants, beach and trains too. Perfect in every way. Thank you.

Great accomodation in Dervio, highly recommended. Tastefully decorated appartments with fully equipped kitchens. We appreciated the free parking spots since parking can be a challenge in Italian towns. Close enough to the train station, ferry station and some restaurants. Excellent communication with the host who gave us some great tips about what to see and where to eat. Wonderful and spacious courtyard to relax.

I spent just one night with my workmate at this beautiful villa in the app Dalia, which has a very good size for 2 person. We really enjoyed the quiet and sunny garden to relax. The property is really good located, you only have some minutes to the train station from where you can reach every nice village on Lake Como.
