We were asked to let the hotel know when we were arriving at the airport and a taxi arrived to transfer us to the hotel. It was a friendly, excellent service. We had a very good breakfast. Family are very welcoming and made us feel relaxed at all times. Best of both worlds, peaceful and restful, close to railway for exploring further afield. Under 15 mins walk to train station. We visited Verona,Montavo, Vicenza and Lake Garda. We also ate and had a few drinks in nearby restaurants and bars. Property is spotless, and well maintained. The night officer was helpful and charming and did his utmost to make sure we were comfortable in our rooms and delivered a bottle of wine and glasses to our room as the bar was closed. He was also careful to ensure that the room suited my needs (as a disabled traveller). The breakfast was varied and plentiful.
