We were totally welcomed and felt very relaxed. Our host was very attentive. The ambience of the outside area and our room was warm and comfortable. We were provided with everything we needed and helped with recomodation and advice with directions. The breakfast was generous, and the hot moka coffee appreciated. We arrived tired and blistered and left refreshed. We continued straight onto Via Francigena, though we would have liked to stay longer.

With garden views, Antica Pietrara B&B is situated in Formello and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden, sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool.

The place is fabulous! It’s situated in a quiet and peaceful area, immersed in the most gorgeous scenery with trees, roses and green lawns everywhere! There are swimming pools surrounded by roses in flower and even a small playground for children! Silvia, the host, is amazing. She’s very kind, flexible and always willing to meet your needs. She very kindly agreed to an early check in, when it was convenient for me and she places my parents, who were arriving the day after me, in a lovely, spacey and bright studio right next to my room. Their studio flat had all the comforts and my room was big, beautiful and very comfortable too. My borother, who lives in the sorrounding area, took his children to visit us and they had a great time playing in the little playground and running around the swimming pond on the grass. Overall, a great stay, which very much exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank Silvia enough for her kindness!

The location is on the edge of the historical centre of Formello and in the middle of the Parco di Veio. The bed is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge already contains water and other beverages.

A great location for a vacation. The cute hills not too far from Rome, with a beautiful nature surrounding. A 3-level house with many garden and in-house additions. The garden is exceptional and gives a nice touch to the property. Heating, paid additionally in the colder months, can be in some months be substituted with fireplaces on the levels, an added value for sure.
