The house is very nice. You share the house with the owner. It is well separated by wooden doors, which are always closed and locked. The pool is magnificent and has a good depth, starting from shallow to deep. You have a very nice view of the sea and Gaeta. Beside the pool, you also have exclusive use of the whole sea-side garden space with a green lawn and beautiful plants. The garden is separated of the outdoor space of the owner by a straw fence. The owner is really nice and helpful.

What a fantastic place in perfect location (few minutes walking from train station and few minutes walking to the sea, many bars, shops and restaurants nearby).
