The host was very co-operative and extremely kind. Sara provided us the airport shuttle and then she literally saved us during our check- out, when we almost missed our bus but she made all the efforts so that we can catch our bus on time. The shuttle facility was amazing and the apartment was literally like home. She also offered us the late check-out as our bus was scheduled later in the evening. She is a really generous host. This trip was my parents first time to Italy and she made the start with such kindness and consideration.

The apartment was super clean and the airco was on when we arrived - much appreciated in the June heat. There was also free parking available. The host was very friendly and responded promptly to all our questions. There was a washing machine with pods and everything, but unfortunately there was no dryer or hanger to dry the clothes so we didn’t use it.
