The room and bathroom were both beautiful, spacious and modern, and very clean. I loved the bath products. The breakfast was delicious and definitely a good deal. Staff were very friendly. Good location.

Hotel location in quiet location but only a 15 minute walk into city centre and old town. Room very spacious and well laid out. Beds really comfy. Reception staff extremely helpful with maps and recommendations and also help us with Dinner and lunch reservations

A small but beautifully and creatively furnished apartment on the ground floor of a multi-story building. A bedroom with a comfortable bed. A tiny kitchen, yet everything is available. All necessary appliances are provided. The refrigerator is incredibly well-stocked upon arrival. I've been to Italy thirty times and stayed in dozens of places, but I've never encountered such attention to the culinary needs of guests. We loved the living room and bathroom. Another plus was the desk with a laptop stand. Our great host Luca also provided us with a pass that allowed us to use a nearby parking lot free of charge. The apartment is located about a kilometer from the famous Acquario di Genova and less than a mile from the historic center. It's also a great location for those wanting to explore Liguria without a car, as the Principe train station is right next door. The lower station of the funicular railway, which leads to the viewpoint on the Granarolo hills, is even closer.

Location of the house was definitely good. There were two supermarket within 200m. 15mins from the square. Interior was beyond expectation. It was contrasted with the humble exterior. Security was also good.

The host, I can only compare to 5star service. His attention to detail, willingness to accommodate requests and thoughtfulness is absolutely exceptional. The apartment is centrally located, everything needed within a few meters of the entrance. Restaurant, grocery shop, bus stop, and 7min walking to the train. The apartment is lovely and bright, sunrise is beautiful with the panoramic view. It is equipped with all amenities you may need, and more. I stayed for an extended period of time, and it felt like returning home.
