We like the cleanliness of the apartment. It was fully equipped with a lot of amenities. The location is ideal to walk around Lecco. Near the train station and 1 minute away from the Como lake. Great communication. Instructions to access the apartment very clear and easy to follow.

The apartment is just like in the pictures, no wear and tear, everything is new and of good quality and well taken care off. It is modern, well decorated with care and very spacious. The view from the kitchen, balcony and living room is out of this world, so incredibly beautiful. Even from the master bedroom you have a view to the back at the beautiful church. Location is great close to the lake and a short walk to the centre of Lecco. Lots of shops around as well if you don't want to venture there. Parking is Italian style on the street where you can get it. We always found a spot. Would highly recommend this place and will do my very best to return.

It was going to be our first time in Como. And we were meant to have a weekend getaway for our wedding anniversary. After spending a long time deciding which area of Como to stay in, we finally booked this hotel in Lecco, thinking we'd give it a chance—and it exceeded all expectations. The location turned out to be a fantastic one. Your window opens directly to the lake, and you wake up to an incredible view. The road in front of the hotel isn’t very busy, making it ideal for walks. Also, we had no issues at all with parking. After visiting all the other areas in Como, we were glad we booked here. The other popular spots were all overly crowded and commercial, but this place felt more local. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Paola was a star—such a sweet lady, always smiling and helpful. The restaurant/bar downstairs seemed quite sufficient; we sat for coffee a few times and had breakfast once. We will definitely return to Como and stay here again.

Amazing property. Spotlessly clean in the centre of old town. We had a double room en suite with views of the lake. We also had use of a shared kitchen and living space . There was a very spacious terrace with views of PiazzaSettembre XX and at the other side there was a smaller terrace with views of the lake. Exceptionally high spec furnishings snd well equipped kitchen. We would highly recommend this property.

Large, comfortable, well equipped and spotless clean room. Amazing view! The whole experience was perfect from start to finish. The owner, Agostino, is one of those persons who are born for the hospitality business. He has been kind and helpful since the first contact, on check-in he took the time to show us the property, recommend activities and good local restaurants. Breakfast is a delight, with a special note for the products made in the Agriturismo. Don't leave without trying their cheese and yogurt! The city of Lecco is a 10 minute drive from the property, and you have easy access to the road if you want to visit other parts of the lake.

Tony was an absolutely awesome host ! We were very spoilt and although no restaurant we were still able to get drinks and sandwich type food which was fine after a day of travel and a day out in Como on our second day We did have a car which helped although there were buses til 8pm Grazie Tony
