Very nice place to spend a night or two. The structure is similar to a motel-style in the US. All rooms are on a single level which allows you to load and unload your luggages directly from your car to the room without going through the lobby. The inclusive breakfast was excellent. It is very clean and for the price it us an excellent choice.

Claudia is an excellent host who thinks of every tiny detail to make you feel welcome. The house was spotless, beautiful location, everything we needed was there. It was lovely that she also spent time chatting with us in the morning. 100% recommended!

Fantastic apartment! Super clean, spacious, and in a great location near Milan airport. We arrived at Malpensa Airport at midnight, there were no night trains nor busses. Instead of taking an expensive taxi to Milan, we took a transfer recommended by Roberto to his lovely place which was quick and easy. The train station is just a 15-minute walk away, and from there, it was convenient to get to Milan by train the next morning. The host thoughtfully provided a coffee machine, water, and snacks, which was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay here again!”

It was very nice place. It was our second stay at this hotel. You feel yourself like at home. Beautiful owner who meets you and helps in any question. Everything is new and very clean. Very good breakfast. Grate place to stay! Location os in the center. And thanks to the host who explains where you can park and how to get to the hotel.

This boutique hotel is quite unique and one of the best accommodations we have ever experienced. The house is somewhat secluded and hidden, but once you get there, all the facilities and services are absolutely fantastic. The room we were in was large, 40 m2 with a terrace and a view over the valley and down to the lake. The bathroom was elegant with a large bathtub and good facilities. The house is very beautiful and well renovated and has only rooms for 4 couples. The couple Fabío and Chiovanna who own and run the place are truly exceptional hosts, they prepare breakfast themselves from ingredients from the region and we chose to have dinner on site prepared by the hosts the 2 nights we stayed there which we can definitely recommend.

This accommodation was a gem! Easy sign in with the key box, a place for the car nearby. Nice front and back yard. The host had taken great care of the breakfast as well, thank you for that. The accommodation was a full 10 for us, next time we will definitely stay longer :)

Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! The black-out blinds were a lovely addition that allowed for a great sleep. The hosts were wonderful, so friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! The hosts arranged a transfer for us to the airport and the driver didn’t even allow us to tip! Such lovely people. Thank you for looking after us.
