Can't speak highly enough about this wonderful place. I loved the atmosphere, the history and the story of the building is wonderful. We went during the winter and were pleased that the heating was great. The villa is traditional and feels like an authentic taste of Italian nobility. Salvatore was welcoming and friendly. We added breakfast and it was very copious and I loved the local biscotti. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are amazing. Well-decorated rooms and bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and really wanted to stay a 3rd but we had to leave sadly. I would highly recommend anyone to choose this wonderful villa. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I loved this place! 😊 Located in the middle of nowhere but this is what we were looking for, without car it would not be so accessible that's why please have it in mind. Lovely owner - we were able to communicate even though I do not speak Italian and she does not speak English. Delicious breakfasts, also not sweet ones what is really appreciated for people from East Europe but home made pastry is worth eating (and those chocolate cookies with meat were incredible). If you're looking for some chillout and relax this is your place, and quite near there is a restaurant where you can eat some pizza or pasta.

Host Vincenzo was very very kind. He gave us very important information how to get to Modica and the next destination. He even picked us up from bus stop and to the railway station. His tips on restaurants were also informative very much. Location was very good that we could go everywhere in the city center on foot. Another good thing was we enjoyed the amazing view from the rooftop terrace. It was spectacular to see the old city of Modica. We will come back again. Grazie mille, Vincenzo!
