Luciana was very kind and thoughtful. I came from the airport by public transport and hadn't realised how long it would take. He came to bus stop and waited for me to guide me to the house. Although he doesn't speak English he uses a very good app on his phone so communication was easy. He showed me how everything worked, answered questions, advised and was quick to solve any diffi lties. He made me feel comfortable, welcomed me like a friend. The flat itself is amazing - a huge corner bath with jacuzzi fittings, finest soft sheets, induction hob, coffee machine, terrace to sit oyt on, lemon tree...It's perfect!

Marco is a great host, he waited for us even when our flight landed very late at night, gave us a warm welcome and explained everything. His house is very nice, including many nice details. Our stay in Carmine House was perfect for exploring Palermo and the surrounding area. Will recommend this place to my friends who will come to Palermo soon!
