Matteo and this girlfriend have done a beautiful job of restoring his grandfather's house. It is stylish and tasteful, and full of original furniture and vintage finds. We were originally in a room next to a couple with a barking dog and Matteo went out of this way to prepare a different room so we could move, even though he was very busy getting ready for dinner. He is a very friendly and kind host and is available for anything you could need. This is a beautiful and restful place with great food and excellant hospitality. A great place to relax with beautiful countryside all around. Very large rooms and comfortable beds. It is only one hour from Bologna.

This was more than we expected. Very nice building with a story behind it. Nice spacious room. We had a balcony with a mountain view. Dinner and breakfast were super delicious - italian flavours at their best. Really grateful to the host for such a wonderful experience.
