Very clean and looks like a new place, nice and bright! Helpful and friendly owners if you need anything. Bedroom with good bed, bathroom, bed couch, little desk, wardrobe, balcony., Only kitchen is shared including all facilities you need, no problem and during my stay nobody used the kitchen. Shared with two other rooms. Close to Monterotondo center and also to Rome center. Busstops nearby

Fabrizio is the perfect host. Tenuta Lisetta is just what we needed after a first day ride on bicycles out from Rome (start of southern route of the Way of St Francis). The great rooms, the view, the splendid meal Fabrizio organised. His gracious invite to us to join a private party of his around the lovely pool area. A night to remember.

It was a great location near the center. Thw house was very nice and very clean. The bed was very comfortable which was what we needed.

Great location with a bar/cafe next door for breakfast. Easy to walk to the old centre. Gabriele was a fantastic host and was enormously helpful with the transfer of our bags the next day. The cafe manager was also freindly and helpful.

My partner and I had a wonderful time in this apartment. The location in Monterotondo was excellent, close to various nice restaurants, bars, and Rome was also easy to reach. Yet, in this apartment, you had the option to relax and unwind from all the hustle and bustle if you wanted to. The apartment itself was clean and fully equipped with all conveniences. Upon arrival, there was cold water in the fridge, and some treats were waiting for us. The hostess of this apartment was, in one word, AMAZING. She quickly answered any questions we had and was very pleasant in her communication. I will definitely come back again.
