Very welcoming hosts. Beautiful spacious room, spotlessy clean and warm. Excellent breakfast. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre of Monza and 10 minute train ride to Milan centre. Private parking available. Highly recommend. I will definitely choose Villa Tosati when I return to Monza/ Milan.

Compact but functional and centrally located. Lovely little kitchen which was well-equipped. Bathroom was beautifully clean and some soaps and shower gels were left like you’d find in a hotel. Comfy bed; nice pillows. Our host, Simone, was there to greet us and couldn’t have been friendlier - he was also available by message when we wanted to ask a question. Would happily stay again.

The stay was great ! Place was very clean and the host was very lovely - she even prepared for us some items that we could eat for a breakfast the next day and a big supply of coffee, tea and water and juices. Highly recommend!:)

    This hotel is exceptionally good in all the ways: it’s unique design with an excellent and elegant collection of authentic furniture and pieces from the past, it’s remarkable service including all the great hotel team, it’s great location within Monza, just in a perfect way to the Castle, Park and the old city center with Duomo of Monza Its also true the guest can feel here like a good friend or part of the family, the feeling you can rarely get lately in the hotel. And the meal are also great: authentic and delicious.

    It had everything a family needed for a comfortable stay. The host greeted us with cold drinks on a very hot day, even mosquito repelent was provided for the guests. There is a bus station 1 minute away, places to eat just as close and a grocery store a few hundred meters away.

    In Villa Gio’s we had a great time, everything was perfect. The hospitality and the service was 10/10, the villa was 10/10 everything about it was 10/10. It felt like i was at home, everything was loveley we loved every bit about Villa Gio’s and the owners hospitality. I would recommend this for everyone 10/10 for sure. Noelle, kenny and Diego took great care of us, they didnt feel like a service it felt more like family and a home.
