The apartment is spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. The highlight is for sure the outdoor area with a terrace surrounding the whole apartment. There is a large table, a sofa, several garden chairs etc, and most importantly a huge barbeque including charcoal that can be used. We enjoyed that very much. Another very useful gimmick: Alessandro and his family have a variety of beach tools at their guests' disposal. Umbrellas, little chairs, a ball, ... Especially the umbrellas were really helpfull, because we couldn't have survived the heat/sun at the beach all day long. ;-)

Two-level building, a lot of space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were greeted with local alcohols to taste and Sardinian cookies. Large fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine. There was everything we needed. Contact with the owner very good. An apartment to recommending.

We had a corner apartment. Very bright and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more! Had everything we needed and although it is very quiet , it is very near to the old town and other places of interest. Big screen and 2 sofas plus a well equipped kitchen made our evenings really cosy and fun 😊. Verandah/ terrace also a bonus 😍. Highly recommend this place!!!

This is a great accommodation. The room was large and comfortable with a great bathroom. I especially liked the little patio all rooms had. The pool is wonderful and the surroundings are so peaceful. It’s a great place for relaxation. Although not the breakfast buffet of a large hotel facility, there were many options both sweet and savoury alternatives. They also offered the possibility for having dinner which we enjoyed a lot.

Excellent location, very close to restaurants. Rooms are located in a quiet and atmospheric area. Very clean and spacious with a rustic feel. Bathroom is modern. Bed is comfortable. The room is a bit cold but there is an AC which you can use and set to heat up your room. The owner's are lovely and very accomodating- the were able to adjust breakfast to my allergies which was great. Communication is perfect. There's also a dog and a turtle in their lovely garden, which made the stay even more pleasant. Also, parking is available 1min walk from the property. I recommend staying here if you're looking to have a good nights sleep & delicious breakfast in the morning.
