The shower functioned well with constant hot water. The owner does not speak English, but nonetheless communication concerning my arrival was good & she was friendly & welcoming. If you are arriving by bus, which I was, the property is a short walk from the bus stop closest to the police station on the main road into the town, so ask to be off there. You’ll surely like the atmosphere at the fireplace ( for me in early April, at breakfast time ). It's an easy walk, although Orgosolo appears to have no sidewalks so take care. The family room (with 3 beds) was fabulous, well decorated and very comfortable. Each floor has its own enclosed balcony, a cozy place to sit with a cup of coffee. In addition, the rooftop terrace would be a great place to stargaze or have breakfast. Italian pastries, fruit, yogurt, bread jam, cheese, a selection of cold meats, juice and of course great coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for Peppina. She was friendly, welcoming and funny.
