Every necessary appliances available, basic cooking ingredients as well. Clean and roomy, with comfortable furniture. The MiniMetro and Supermarket are really close. Plenty of parking space (although not free). The Air Conditioning system was a bless (we stayed in August). Communication with Sonia was easy and fast.

Well equipped flat, private parking in a locked yard, great location just few minutes from the historical centre. And Giovanni was very helpful, nice and all time keeping in touch. Highly recommend.

We loved the fabulous 15) building, we loved the atmosphere, the history, the family, the garden, the spectacular food. We felt at home and nothing was too much trouble. You have to visit and stay to experience yourself.

Very impressed with the attention we got. I traveled with my sister who is in bad health. We got assigned an appartement on 2 nd floor and lots of stairs. Almost impossible for her. Next day the owner and Valerio at front desk had an apartment for us at ground level right by the pool. We were so grateful and happy. Service was impeccable for our situation all our needs were met. Dinner was brought up to us in first nite so my sister did not have to go down all the stairs All in all a very great stay Will definitely recommend this hotel

Great place to stay beautifully renovated rooms. Great large pool which we certainly took advantage of. The hosts were a lovely couple who were very helpful, great family run accommodation with a lovely breakfast.

Very nice hotel — very modern and nicely decorated. Good breakfast. The location is excellent, and all the staff are friendly and very helpful. We had a connected room — a smaller one for our child and a larger one for us. It was very convenient and comfortable.

The decor in the hotel was quite interesting, room was very spacious and bed was quite comfortable, breakfast had a wide variety of options. Overall very good for our stay in Perugia. Walking to the city center can be a bit of a challenge for some as all the way is uphill especially with the hot weather
