All the instructions were perfectly clear, communication straightforward and fast. Absolutely no issues with check in, keys collection or assistance from the host.The apartment was just wonderful - located right in the centre of beautiful Pienza. Not only was the place well equipped ( shower and the welcome gift = 100% , ) it was utterly cosy and romantic. This hotel is simply INCREDIBLE! Way better than the pictures!! First of all, the location couldn’t be better. It’s in the heart of Val d’Orcia, with easy access to the villages. And it is just a 5min drive to Pienza, a lovely city, so it was pretty easy to have dinner there (since the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant). Pienza ended up being one of our favorite villages. The room also had a fully equipped kitchen, so we enjoyed our breakfasts there. The place itself is truly magical, we were very emotional when we arrived there during sunset - the infinity pool has amazing views to the Tuscan landscape. Seriously, this place is absolutely stunning. After spending the day visiting the cities, there was no better way to spend the afternoon by the pool appreciating the view. The room was extremely charming, it is possible to see that the owners put their heart there. Very spacious, super clean and comfortable. Marco, the owner, is an amazing host and gave us a lot of tips. Please, just book this place, you won’t regret it!! Well for sure stay there in the future.

I consider myself very lucky to have been able to stay in this place. Everything was good in a quiet town. The staff was kind, the room was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nice like a hotel. In particular, the homemade breakfast was fresh, nice, and delicious. I went for a walk to the middle of Pienza early in the morning, and I was really happy because the surrounding scenery was so beautiful. I am very satisfied
