Very clean, comfortable, warm welcome, helpful. Bed comfortable, selection of teas/coffee, fruit juice, thoughtful details. A few minutes walk from the railway station with regular trains to Pescara. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, really everything was good.

We traveled as a family, two adults and two children, and we felt very comfortable in these apartments. Check-in was very simple. The owner of the apartments sent all the detailed instructions. Since we were traveling by car, we needed parking. We were given a free space in our own private parking under the house, in the courtyard. The courtyard is closed by automatic gates, so our exits and arrivals by car were easy. The apartments had all the necessary items for cooking. Not only all the dishes, but also oil, tea, coffee and more. The interior and furniture are all new, as is the bed linen. The owner gave us the opportunity to use bicycles that are in the garage. One of the bicycles got a flat tire and as soon as I wrote to the owner about the problem, she immediately solved it and gave us a pump. We really liked everything and we will definitely come back!

The hotel is located near the pines and it offers easy acces to the beach. A walking distance from hotel to the train station. The room was a little small but very clean. The breakfast and the coffee were great. Daily cleaning. Near hotel there was a supermarket, gelato , pharmacy and some restaurants etc

The hotel is located on a perfect spot between the city and beach. The room and hotel were clean. My stay was very relaxing because of the kind staff and great facilities. The private beach was comfortable and very close to the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel on my next trip to Pineto.

Raffaele was an awesome host, so helpful and just a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, well equipped and had beautiful views to the coast and the mountains. The apartment was ideal for our purposes. We would definitely recommend.

    All the staff is really nice. The house is located in the countryside but close enough to the seafront. The swimming pool is adequate and kids friendly. The room was super clean and the AC worked were well. We also tried the restaurant and the food was excellent and well priced. Pastas were tasty and interesting and meat cooked to perfection. Also the house wines were great.

    The apartment was located in a new development with secure parking behind gates. It was situated in a great location for the beach and all amenities. The flat itself was beautifully clean with everything you needed. Samira has spent time thinking of everything guests might need and even provided snacks and beverages on arrival. Samira and her family are lovely hosts who go the extra mile to be helpful. There are even bikes in the garage for guests to use.

    Well, first of all I liked the location because I prefer to stay outside the cities in a places with low level of noise. I liked the property and the people were very friendly. Considering they didn't talk English they got a friend to be able to communicate with me... but it turned out they speak Russian, which is my wife's language and one of our children's too. The breakfast was good and cakes/cookies are home made, which is great.
