Location uphill in a very peacefull town with nice view. Ornella is a wunderfull host, we got great personal suggestions for skiing and by default there is suggestions for hikes. The apartment is superclean, spacious, has 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen is nice to use and spacious. When outside around 0 C, we were warm inside. Seperate entrance and private parking spot. Nice balcony(only for warmer days ofcourse :) )

Everything. From the hosts (Francesca and her dad), everything went great and we felt so welcomed. The place was cleaned and ready before the check-in time. The apartment had everything we needed, and felt very homey and modern. Bellano is chill and not very touristy, so I recommend staying at Emma House. It’s a beautiful and spacious property with a garden. Has all the amenities you can possibly need. The walk from the property to the Bellagio town centre is also picturesque. Gilles, the host was very responsive and super helpful.

The property is beautiful. The house was clean. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen is good with everything that you need to cook. The terrace was gorgeous. The view to the lake is stunning. Bellagio center was 5 minute by car and about 15 min by walk. The property had a parking spot which was nice. Supermarket is like 2 minute away by car. We had a really great stay at the house. The host is very kind and helpful as well.

super convenient location with amazing view of lake como. <5 min walk to boat station which takes you easily to the other towns. manageable walk to train station which goes to milan centrale as well. host was very responsive to our needs before and during the stay as well, giving us advice on transportation and allowing us to leave our baggage after checkout time for our convenience.
