A lovely warm welcome from Luca and Francesca. She made me a beautiful salad for dinner as I was late arriving and didn't want to drive any further in the dark and we had wine together chatting with her son. We had an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Pesce in Fasano. The trulli are beautifully renovated, very comfortable, and truly recommendable. What makes this place so special is the family running it – absolutely lovely, warm-hearted people who gave us wonderful tips, were very flexible with our arrival, and always caring and accommodating. The breakfast was a real highlight: hand-prepared, authentic, and one of the best we’ve had in Puglia – it felt like homemade comfort food from “mamma’s kitchen.” The pool area is fantastic with a beautiful view of the trulli, and to our delight, we could even use the tennis court and equipment free of charge, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms in the trulli are, as expected, on the smaller side – but that’s part of the authentic trullo experience and didn’t bother us at all. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept wonderfully in a peaceful and quiet environment. The location is also excellent, with good access to nearby restaurants and easy to reach from Fasano.

Set high over a spectacular valley in remote district. Staffed by Sisters in Religion ( Nuns ) who although hadn’t any English made us especially welcome using Google Translate. Clean modern rooms with simple but tasty and adaquate breakfast.
