    the location and views are amazing and the facilities and the restaurant are excellent. the rooms are comfortable but quite small. it is a very family friendly hotel, but a bit more welcoming and smily staff would have made this place exceptional.

    Absolutely recommended family run hotel in a beautiful place. The owners and staff were so kind and friendly, we felt like at home. The rooms and the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was plenty, and erverything was super celan. Very convenient to have the possibility to dine in. Hope to return soon!

    Very clean, we got good instructions by WhatsApp. We forgot to mention our allergy to feathers and got new duvets next day, so really kind! Small gifts waited for us and it made the kids super happy. Amazing view and small walk to the nice Riva si Solto. Plenty of information about the things to do in the area. We would recommend the place. All you need to cook as well.

    The location was serene, tranquil and very private. We loved walking out the door and having the dramatic lake front right in front of us. Additionally, our kids loved the playground that was also right out front on the lake. We used the kitchen each day and appreciated the many things present that allowed us to cook.

    The house and garden look like a fairy tale ! Amazing views over Lake Iseo and excellent facilities, including a pool and indoor play area for children. The apartment is on the upper floor with a mezzanine for kids with lots of toys, the view from the balcony is to dream for. The owners Marianna and Enrico are lovely and always keen to help. The indoor space is perfect for a family of four, while the outdoor space could fit a big party :)

    Everything was excellent! Both the interior and the exterior are exactly as shown in the photos at Booking.com and the money was worth it. The staff were super polite and always willing to help, all public places were really well taken care of, the room was very comfortable and the restaurant was truly great. We had also booked the spa package -which was such a fun and relaxing experience- and they even let us stay longer than supposed. The most wonderful thing was the view, an exquisite hotel in a lovely location!

    I stayed 5 night on Poggio D'oro. The host is Roberto and his family. They are super profesional. Roberto has "charm" he is every moment careful , he is there for his guests. My holiday at Poggio D'oro was SUPER. bonus: -the room was super clean (they change the towels every day) -I recomend you to eat the menu of the day- is delicious -the view is breathless
