Maria Grazia and Cesare were wonderful hosts. When we arrived from the airport they greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. They upgraded us to the apartment which had large rooms and a beautiful bathroom. Outside there was a terrace where we could relax on an evening. The parking was convenient and we were provided with a fob for the gates. The b and b is in walking distance of the town which was great for getting down to see the nightly events and go to the restaurants in Soriano. The breakfast was phenomenal every day, there were homemade cakes, pastries, lots of fruit and meat every morning all served in the beautiful breakfast room upstairs. Everything about our stay was wonderful and Maria Grazia and Cesare were so congratulatory when half way through our stay we got engaged. They were also very kind giving us lots of recommendations of places to go in the local area and over in Umbria.

Spacious and beautiful apartment — very clean and well-maintained. The terrace offers an incredible panoramic view, especially at sunset. Everything was perfect. The host Agapito was extremely kind and helpful. The house is far better than you can expect. It is situated in peaceful surroundings, with vast garden and facilities to chill out. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We were the family of three and we stayed only one night on our trip to Rome, we really regretted that we hadn't planned a longer stay. We highly recommend it.

    11/10 Very good and comfortable appartment. Sergio and Diana are very kind and helpful. We spent 8 days here, enjoyed the pool and the calm, relaxing garden. One of the best places, where we have been Italy. We were 5 all together with 3 children. Our daughter spent a lot of time with there dog, Lola. 🙂 🐶
