Very clean and nothing was heard from the neighbors. At least we needed a washing machine, as we had already spent several days on holiday elsewhere. It is very spacious, and less than 10 min walk to the beautiful beach, and restaurants and bars. Concetta is extremely responsive and very kind as host. Could not be a better location. Excellent brand-new crib, mattress and baby sheets. Host was very friendly and helpful in showing us the keys and where everything was.
