Beautiful Villa with pool & breathtaking views of the Toscan hills. Very nice owners (Caterina & Federico). On our last night we had an amazing dinner at their Farm house all prepared from their own products. They have an amazing dog called Sangro who visited us every day :) the house is only 30 minutes away from Arezzo. 100% recommended

We arrived for the night at the charming farm. We arrived with 3 children under the age of 10. They welcomed us warmly and we were given the last cabin with the gorgeous view. The house is compact and clean. The balcony is a bit hot in the middle of the day but a large parasol is there for shade. In the morning and evening it is pleasant to sit on the balcony with the sun behind. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a wonderful experience. In the afternoon we entered it with cool water and in the evening we filled it with hot water and enjoyed a pleasant experience in nature.

The place has it all - cool style, fantastic swimming pool, every piece of equipment you need and some more. Set in the nature, 1,5 km driving through forest from nearest asphalt road, the only sounds being bells tolling and dogs barking from the village across the valley. Smooth communication with the owner, Livio the gardener / caretaker is a very friendly person.

The views are stunning and the surroundings are so peaceful. The hosts were incredibly kind and caring, making us feel truly welcome. Breakfast was delicious, made with fresh local ingredients.     I Loved the Personal family feel of the place, though it is old but well maintained, one could feel the warmth and love put into the hotel. I also loved that it was a quiet town and not packed with people/tourists. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly.
