Our stay at Barbara and Matteo's Guesthouse was amazing. We stayed in a very comfortable and clean room with a nice terrace. The breakfast was very tasty. All served products were fresh. We had toasts, boiled eggs, marmalade, breads, butter, orange juice, interesting pie (I've forgotten the name), and much more. And, of course a very good coffee. One evening, we were also invited to drink tea and, the next day, lemon liqueur. The hospitality of Barbara and Matteo is remarkable. They are very polite, quiet and interesting people. We also want to say something about Luna :). She is a German Shepherd. She is such a cute and kind dog. A very important point: for the first time, Barbara and Matteo asked us if we were fine to contact a dog, and of course we were happy to see her. In this guesthouse, you could sleep well, there is no problem with noises, and you can reach the center of Venice quite easily without any taxi or your own car. If you want to arrive at Venice Center, you can take bus line 5. It's only 15 minutes, and the ticket price was 1.5 euros. We can only recommend this accommodation! Thank you, Barbara and Matteo!

Location was so convenient as we flew in late. Very close to the airport, but very quiet. Bus stops in front of the property. The bus goes right to the entrance to the old city. Very clean. Amenities are modern and work well. My communication with the owner was very pleasant and timely.

The location of the hotel was perfect! It's only a 5 minute drive to the Marco Polo airport. You can easily catch bus number 5 that runs every 15 minutes to Venice for €1.50 each way! The journey took around 30 minutes. We rented a car, stayed the night, and dropped the car off at the airport the next morning. There was plenty of free parking on site. The rooms are clean and modern. The shower head is removable. Kettle and fridge are provided. There is also an elevator / lift for those with heavy luggage. The front desk staff, Christina and Andrea, were very professional and lovel, which made our stay so much better. They strongly recommended the bus to Venice because of how easy it was - I'm glad we listened so we didn't have to worry about parking at Venice or drinking and driving.
