The hotel is completely renovated. New large elevator. Beautiful renovated rooms. We got a room facing the lake, second floor, amazing view. Hash from the reception was very helpful and explained how to get to the parking lot by email, as well as how to check in independently. Amazing attitude, wonderful person. The only problem is that the parking is for an additional fee and there is no choice but to take the parking because there's no parking on the street.

Carla the host was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. From the moment we booked the place to the moment we left she made sure we have everything we need and helped us have the best time around Como Lago. I would recommend the location. The small town (Argegno) is a perfect little place with all you imagin when you think of a small town in Italy with charming piazza small restaurants and café and an open market a few times a week. I would love to go back here. The apartment is located in the small alleyways of Argegno. It is perfect for 4/5 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The small kitchen is lovely, and Carla makes sure you have coffee and some food all the time. Don't hesitate and book the place. Thank you Carla for everything

Amazing room and facilities. We had a great experience, the staff was super friendly and we even tried paddle as the hotel is part of a sport club. We had daily transfers to the city included with the parking rates so it was super practical and easy.
