We chose this hotel as it is literally on Stelvio Pass and we wanted to go for a great drive before the crowd. However it offered way more then we expected. We received very warm welcome at Hotel Bella Vista, where you should go for check-in. The view from the mountain facing room is really breathtaking. Due to the large windows you can feel like you are resting the middle of the nature. Our room was clean and super spacious. The breakfast was also very tasty with great variety and the staff was super friendly.

This place is simply brilliant! It looks modern, stylish and like it was done up last week. The rooms (I had a deluxe room) are beautiful and spacious, very comfortable bed, lovely view, plentiful and tasty breakfast and above all the most helpful team of staff I have encountered in Europe, ever. There's a bar / restaurant that does pizza, burgers and a bit of pasta, all good quality and the place gets frequented in summer by hikers, bikers and other active types. Lovely sauna (available 16:30 - 20.00 in summer), space to store bikes and you can charge your electric vehicle should you need it. Absolultely loved this place.

We were cycle touring and wanted a two night base to cycle Stelvio Pass. This couldn’t have been more perfect. The apartment was wonderfully equipped, very comfortable and modern. There was also secure storage for our bikes in the garage. Great communication from the owner. Many thanks.

    A beautifully refurbished old property, full of history, located at the start (or end) of the Stilfserjoch/Stelvio Pass. In the owner's family for decades, he personally welcomes all his guests and gives every effort to ensure they are happy. Although the room, which did have a balcony and an amazing view of the Ortler mountain, was maybe a little expensive, the excellent set dinner was not - and the buffet breakfast was also more than adequate. I will definitely return.

    This place is very nice, with perfect location and many possibilities for mountain walks. Food is tasty and staff is very friendly. Atmosphere is very calm. Attraction is the marmot's family you may observe in front the hotel.

    The view from our room was just dreamy! Location was perfect, some 700m away was funicular into the mountains with wonderful hike roads. The hotel is with fun modern design using natural materials. The breakfast was minimalistic, but nevertheless tasty and from fresh local ingredients. The staff was friendly and nice. I enjoyed the opportunity to use pool and sauna facilities in the nearly hotel Bella Vista. Also the dinner in hotel Bella Vista was really tasty and nice.
