It has a nice terrace which is exclusively for the people staying in the apartment. Caterina was super helpful and responsive. We messaged her late in the evening asking her for laundry detergent. The host is absolutely lovely. The location is very quiet. yes there is a road and some cars will drive on it, but i did not think that was any problem at all.
