lovely position near the train station to Bologna. overall very nice stay. unfortunately couldn´t use all the SPA facilities to rest a bit because I had no time. will certainly do this next time!

Excellent room! Comfortable, new, perfectly clean, airy and sunny. Excellent area, very close to the central train station and the city center. Although next to a main road, it was absolutely quiet. Waking up in the morning with the chirping of birds was wonderful. The host was very helpful even for issues that were not related to the room (such as information about our transportation in the city).In the room, a basket full of treats, many types of coffee and tea as well as cold water and juices in the fridge awaited us! The bed was very comfortable and convenient! I highly recommend it!!!

We took the suite. It was extremely comfortable, large and quiet. The aircondition was wonderful, no big noise and carefully placed. Federica was very helpfull, supportive and friendly. She made us feel at home instantly.
