    The weekend was for a family get away to celebrate my daughter’s 11th bday. The place was clean, there were kitchen utensils and pots made available for to us cook it we wanted to. The pool was clean, and cleaned on the Saturday before the kids entered the pool. The grounds and miss kimmy were exceptional. Dwayne definitely needs a little more training. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

    The staff was great and very welcoming. They where able to upgrade my room because it was my Birthday , to a swim out king suite . The food was the best I've had at resorts. Drinks were amazing, and service was great . This place is massive in size due to it having 2 sides an adult side and family side. The pool bar on the family side seem more active and fun.

    It’s a very clean house in a good location. The staff were super lovely and helpful every time we had questions. It felt very homely and the atmosphere was great! Despite its simplicity it was really family friendly too. They even have a child loving dog :)

    The resort is beautiful and our room was big and clean! the staff are great and the entertainment was fun, Cookie and her entertainment team were great fun. The food was fresh daily and lots to choose from, the servers are great very hospitable and professional. We went as a family of 8 and everyone agrees they would visit again, well done Iberostar team! :)

    There was a lot of variety for breakfast and lunch but very little variety for non meat eaters for the evening meal. I was unable to sit on the balcony as much as I wanted due to locals shouting up to balcony and begging for food and money. Security at the gats would prevent this. There was also another male exposing his bottom half which is not family friendly. It would be good if local police were able to manage this.

    Lazy river and slides were fun for kids and adults. Most of the employees were cordial. Room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Shows at night were entertaining. Location is great if you want to stay within the Montego Bay area and 15 min from the airport. The kids enjoyed the in-property sail and kayaks.

    Facilities were really good and plentiful. Buffet was good with lots of selection. Alcohol beverages were generous. Friendly staff Amazing pools and small but nice beach access Evening entertainment was fun especially karaoke nights. Kids club was useful and kids had a good time.

    Clean, friendly, fun, good food, nice gym with ac. Rooms were wonderful. The staff was amazing!! They all were so helpful and friendly, it really felt like a family. We lost a tiny necklace in the pool and the lifeguard spent hours trying to find it (which they did!) everything was great! Probably the best hotel I Have ever stayed on! 💕

    The buffet for breakfast and dinner was to die for. The food was amazing as well as the staff at the hotel. The hotel was lively also family friendly. The environment as well as the surrounding environment was very safe.
