The hotel is great located, just in the old city center. Very new hotel, clean, amazing bathroom with a hot shower. AC with heater worked well. Staff was very nice and polite. The kindest woman at the reception. Very much recommended.

our stay in Amman didn't start so well, our previous hostel cancelled on us the last minute and we had to find another hotel at 9PM, we found Sandra hotel and were pleasantly surprised. the workers and the owner greeted us and gave us recommendations for our stay. the room was very comfortable and clean with all the necessities. the breakfast was great. the room was quite considering the placement of the hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful - giving sightseeing tips during breakfast, ordering taxis, etc. The pick up from the airport was well organized The rooms are large and fully equipped The location is perfect: walking distance to the inner city, a modern quarter for dinner nearby and the JETT bus station also easy to reach. Last but not least, we got a lovely present when we left.

We met 3 staff members and they were all very helpfull and professional. They gave us info about where to eat local food, help with parking and things to see and do with no extra cost and a big smile. We felt very welcome. We had the best breakfast in Jordan at the Beirut hotel! You have choice of humus, moutable, 2 types of eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, arabic bread, sandwiches, local desert, coffee, tea, you name it they had it. They even had Nutella. Farida was our cook and did an excellent job! The location is in the middle of the city center. The major tourist attractions (Roman theatre, street art, citadel and the souq) are all within a 15 minute walking distance. They have a roof terrace that you can use even when you already checked out.
